The water parks were a highlight, but that's about where the positives ended.
This place is perfect for families - there's loads to do and the food is really good.
The reception team went above and beyond, even letting me check out late.
The hotel was spotless, which made us feel right at home.

The staff were great, the food and drinks varied throughout the day, and there were water games. The only downside was the big distances between the amenities, though there are carts to move around.
Everything was good, the staff were helpful and the pools were great, but the only issue was that the animation was not really entertaining—no audience challenges or similar.
“A big thank you to the entire hotel team for making our stay such a wonderful experience! The staff were friendly, profe”
We liked the whole city, but the prices should be much lower.
Everything exlant
