The spot was spot on, but the bathroom had a few issues that bothered me.

We had to shower with cold water because the boiler for hot water wasn’t working; there’s no power outlet next to the bed, so the bedside lamp can’t be lit, and there’s no switch to turn off the ceiling lights from the bed.

The place is fantastic, right near the harbor and the city center.

“No windows in the room. Good location and clean, but no window is unacceptable and the room is too expensive”

The bed was super comfy, the room was spotless, and the location worked well. However, we found out there was no window in our room, which wasn't mentioned in the listing. A window is a basic expectation, and the price feels too high for a room without one.

There was no toilet paper as advertised (only a hand‑washing basin, and even a shower wasn’t there). The mattress had a waterproof cover that squeaked loudly with every move.
