Staff and owner are very helpful. Price is high for this room

The room service was good and the staff response was satisfactory. However, the facilities provided did not match the amount paid. There was no Wi-Fi facility, frequent electricity failures, and no air conditioner. Power interruptions occurred repeatedly, even light and heater in the toilet area, and at the power sockets. The room's cleanliness was disappointing and did not match what was shown in the advertisement. The walls were dirty, and overall maintenance was poor. Considering the tariff, the stay did not meet expectations

I'm pretty lucky to have found this place since there's literally no other hotel in the area. It's a bit out of the way, but at least I didn't have to look super far. Not a lot of options, but it's a good thing I found this one.
