The staff were genuinely helpful and the security felt solid, so families will feel at ease here. The rooms, however, fell short of what the price suggested and the breakfast, while plentiful, could have been a bit fresher. Being a little out of town adds inconvenience, but overall I’d rate it around 7.5‑8 out of 10.

“Don’t Trust This Establishment”

We had booked several rooms for our family trip, but a quick call revealed that every single one had already been given away and we were redirected to another property. The app still showed our reservation as confirmed, and we received no warning, forcing us to secure a more expensive alternative at the last minute. It felt like a deliberate push toward a pricier sister hotel that wasn’t even listed.
