The front‑desk lady is super friendly and the breakfast prep person is also very nice. We had booked a deluxe double room with balcony. When we arrived we were given the most basic room they had, with a horrible mattress that made it impossible to sleep. They told us the room we’d booked wasn’t available, which isn’t our fault. After arguing with them, the next day they moved us to another room that still wasn’t the one we’d reserved. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! A week! Everything was perfect—the rooms were comfortable, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the hospitality was exceptional. A special thank you to the wonderful staff who made our stay truly memorable. Ülvi was always kind, helpful, and professional. Samir and Elshan were friendly, polite, and always ready to assist. A heartfelt thank you also goes to Aida, who prepared a delicious breakfast every morning. Thank you all for your kindness and dedication!

The location is great, close to the city centre yet still calm, with restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The staff were outstanding, and the breakfast was freshly made in a homely style.
