“Not satisfied”

Not a good place to stay. When I entered, there was no water in the bathroom; opening the faucet on the left side leaked even a small amount of water, and when I put my garbage outside, nobody removed it. The building is very old and dirty.

I was thoroughly shocked by the state of this hotel. The moment I stepped in, I realized it was a huge waste of time and money. The rooms were in a deplorable condition, with broken toilets in three of them and cracked tiles on the floors. It's a place that desperately needs renovation and better maintenance.

“Only thing that was good there was the air conditioner was cold”

My stay at this hotel fell short of my expectations. The room was not up to my standards, with cracked tiles on the floor and a bathroom that needed a good cleaning. To make matters worse, the hotel's upkeep was subpar, and I could find similar accommodations in the Philippines for the same price. Unfortunately, I would not recommend staying here.

“False advertisement on the triple room option 1 (1 double and 2 single beds)”

I only had a short stay at this hotel before embarking on a trip the next day, which made the experience somewhat more bearable. Unfortunately, the room I booked was not as advertised, with a mismatch in the number of beds available. Despite explaining the situation to the staff, I was given limited options and ended up having to pay extra for a fourth person to have a bed, which was frustrating given that I had already paid through the app.

“Free ride”

Overall, I was pleased with my stay, as everything was good and met my expectations. However, I did find it challenging to get a taxi, which was a bit of a hassle. I think it would be great if the hotel offered free ride services for customers like me, which would make the stay even more enjoyable.
