New Town Hotel

“A lovely hotel in a great location!!”

This small boutique hotel is simply beautiful with a lot of quaint charm; its location is perfect, close to the train station and within walking distance to many great spots, and the large bathroom with a luxurious tub was a wonderful bonus—I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Edinburgh.

“Great value- nice and cozy British style hotel.”

The hotel offers good value with clean, tidy, recently renovated rooms that are a decent size, but the only drawback is there’s no elevator, so if you’re carrying heavy luggage you’ll need to ask for a ground‑floor or lower‑level room to avoid the stairs.

The view over Edinburgh was amazing and we had a fantastic rooftop suite; however, there was no elevator, so carrying the suitcase up 70 steps was a bit of a hassle, but every step was worth it.
