The room was huge, equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and kitchen. It was very clean, the bed comfortable, and the shower powerful. The staff were very helpful, the gym was decent, and there’s a mall with many restaurants right on the property. You can walk to People’s Park and the ancient alleys. It’s worth checking if the pool is open; I wanted to swim daily but didn’t see the notice that was sent six days before our stay in China about maintenance. The property feels more like apartments than a hotel because there’s no lounge area to sit with a drink. The road is very busy, so you might wait a while for a Didi cab, although the reception can order one for you.
