The central location is just steps from the cathedral, close to everything, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The elevator requires payment to reach the fourth floor.

I stayed in a tidy room with a functional layout for a family, but I never saw any mention of steep or long stairs to the apartment. The paid elevator was broken during our visit, and the walls let in all the noise from neighboring units, where parties were held both evenings.

The place is on the 5th floor of an old building with steep stairs and no lift, which is simply unacceptable!

The room was clean and the beds comfortable. However, the 3/4 floor has no elevator and the description was not entirely accurate. It was hard to reach the staff, and getting into the room was difficult because of key codes and the safety locker.

The location is very convenient. The price matches what’s offered for a building in the historic center. The room itself is really good—spacious and comfortable for two adults and two kids. It’s on the 4th floor without an elevator, which is a pity but manageable. The reception staff are welcoming, friendly, and helpful all day for any reason. Breakfast is nearby. The only downside is the sofa‑bed mattress feels a bit uncomfortable, perhaps the only flaw. For those who enjoy walking and seeing Naples, the 4th floor is a bit of a climb but easily handled.
