“Muy acogedor y preparado.”

The location is close to the coast and several bus lines along the avenue. In front there’s a highly recommended restaurant (order the pork soup, a local specialty, it’s exquisite). There are also many cafés, restaurants, convenience stores, and other shops. The place is well equipped and well organized, with a washing machine (check with the owners first). It’s small but very cozy. We stayed in September, it was still hot, and being near the sea, the humidity was noticeable, but the place has air conditioning, dehumidifiers, and deodorants, and it’s equipped with everything needed for the stay. The bathroom is small; for very tall or large people it can be a bit uncomfortable, but we didn’t have any issues. The owners are very attentive; we saw them, and they answered all our questions.

“Doesn’t match the listing”

The spot is conveniently located, but I couldn’t give it zero stars. After entering, we had to leave within 20 minutes because the place didn’t match the listing at all. The mold smell was intense, and no amount of ventilation helped. The photos look polished with AI edits – the bathroom is tiled in the ad, but it isn’t in reality, and the washing machine sits smack in the middle of the bathroom. The hallway and ceiling lack the promised white finish. The apartment is dim and noisy, with a sewage pump right beside the bedrooms. It sits at the back of a shared courtyard that was littered with trash when we arrived. I strongly advise against booking this unit.

“Ogolnie bardzo polecam! Bardzo dobry stosunek ceny do jakosci.”

The place had everything needed for a stay. Excellent internet, very clean, and great pest control devices kept insects away entirely. It’s a wonderful budget option for families focused on intense sightseeing. I’m familiar with South Korean bathrooms, so the typical Korean shower didn’t bother me. I rate the stay 10/10 and will definitely check this property again when I head to Busan. The host was very responsive and the photos made finding the place and checking in seamless. The only issue was that finding the toiletries took a bit longer than expected; they weren’t in the obvious spot, but it was a minor detail.

The location is great, close to the beach, and the room has a table, chairs, and nice decorations. The kitchen is well equipped and everything is in order. However, there is a lot of mold in the bathroom, and the overall condition is really bad.

“It was ok but not great”

The spot is well situated, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The bedding felt plastic, so I had to sleep on top of the duvet to avoid sticking to it. The bathroom was shared and lacked a proper shower.
