The room was a disaster - old, dirty, and smelled awful. I didn't even bother sleeping there. When I complained and asked for a refund, I was basically shut down. Not exactly the kind of hospitality you'd hope for.

This place was a nightmare - the hotel was filthy, and I found cockroaches on the bed. The bedsheet was dirty too. It was a really bad experience overall.

I had a great time at this hotel - the staff were super polite, and the place was spotless. I'd definitely stay here again.
