Clean, organized rooms that feel brand new, and the staff were excellent—João Vitor was especially attentive and quick, which meant a lot to our family who had just finished a long trip. I have no negative points to add.

The hotel’s structure and cleanliness, the bed, the quiet corridors, and the other guests were all positive. The breakfast was held outside the hotel, the room fridge was empty, and there were no glasses in the room.

Everything was very new and organized, and the service from employee Fernandes was impeccable. The only downside was a slight “jungle” smell coming from the drains.
