The hotel sits in a great spot in Hanoi, close to the old quarter. The staff were attentive and the breakfast was very good. However, the price is far too high for what is offered. The suite is pretty but nothing special, quite dark, with a small balcony that only has a single chair in the middle, looking out onto a noisy street—hard to enjoy a quiet coffee for two.

They offered to store our luggage for a few days at no extra cost and without asking.
