The building is stunning and well maintained, with carefully chosen décor. The historic stone ambiance and industrial touches in the stairs and mezzanines are a success. The team is very professional and smiling, and I felt warmly welcomed. The restaurant is truly excellent, creative, varied, and well complemented by their wines. I really don't see any negatives.

A hidden gem in Salento: the staff were incredibly kind and ready to help with any request, the suite and location were fantastic, and the pastries at breakfast were delicious!
