Everything on the renovated floor was wonderful. A pleasant surprise was learning the hotel’s history and that of the Yacht Casablanca from the manager, which I found enchanting. However, one receptionist seemed unwilling to help; everything I asked for he refused to assist with, unlike everyone else.

I stayed on the renovated floor in a very pleasant room with excellent bed and linens, and a great‑sized TV that exceeded my expectations, but the breakfast was very weak—the only downside, though I understand the hotel offers a more basic breakfast.
