The facilities were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. The only thing that bothered me was that the bathroom ventilation opened into the same room, but overall it was a good stay.

It was close to the venue of my event. The location and price were fine, but I couldn’t find a king‑size bed.

The beds were very comfortable. There was no hot water; they only had a solar heater, so if there was no sun you only got cold water. There were no bottled water in the rooms and no hosts.

Overall it was good. The facilities were simple but functional. Arriving was very, very difficult and almost dangerous. We followed the route shown by Waze and ended up in very ugly villages, steep stone‑covered descents (we even had to get out of the car so it could pass), and we had to cross a metal bridge over a drain. Horrible. When we called the hotel for help they sent us the location, but it didn’t lead us to the exact place; we had to send our real‑time location and they guided us. I think they should put a notice about this, a note saying NO TO FOLLOW WAZE, GO TO GOOGLE MAPS. According to the person who attended us at the hotel, that would have kept us from danger. We arrived very stressed and it was hard to recover quickly to get to the event on time.

The facilities seemed good, the rooms did their job and were comfortable, the cleaning was very good, and I liked that the place in general was well maintained. When we arrived there was no one, it wasn’t hard to find them because the “Del Real” party hall is right in front, and they attended us very well, but it could have been better if we hadn’t had to look for someone.
