“Lords Central Hotel”

The view is breathtaking and the location is close to the market; the route to all points starts just outside the hotel. The hotel is quite old and hasn’t been renovated; there are no modern facilities such as switch boards at multiple places, TV, fridge.

The valley view was very beautiful. I don’t think you can experience such a beautiful sunset and sunrise view in Matheran; the money you spent is for that. I think they can upgrade the furniture in the rooms; that’s the only thing I felt like.

“Good location but poor facilities.”

The location facing the Valley is excellent. The property is not well maintained. The furniture is very old. There has been almost no improvement in last 50 years. Hope management makes concerted effort to improve the infrastructure of the property and almost redo all the rooms. The property had good brand equity but they will lose it if corrective actions are not taken
