The room was a nightmare - cockroaches everywhere, dirty towels, and unchanged bedsheets. But what really took it to the next level was the complete lack of response from staff and zero cleanliness. Oh, and the water tap wasn't working either, which was just the cherry on top.

The hotel room was a total mess, infested with cockroaches and dirty. To make matters worse, they didn't even provide a complimentary breakfast. Overall, it was a pretty disappointing experience.

Great location, but that's where it ends. The place was a mess, very poorly maintained and just not hygienic at all.

Convenient location, but cleanliness was a major issue - it was pretty clear they weren't on top of it.
