Gorgeous location, great staff, friendly and welcoming. The B&B is attached to a large well managed pub with great food. Our room was immaculately clean and comfortable and the morning breakfast was delicious with plenty on offer. It's a great location for some of the stunning Northumberland walks nearby. We had the largest room which had a beautiful freestanding bathtub and a walk-in shower, plus a large area for the bed, couch, and coffee table. I would have liked to have had tea making facilities in the bedroom - a little kettle and some UHT sachets etc. so in the morning we could have had a relaxing cup of tea in bed rather than having to get up, get dressed, and go downstairs. There is tea & coffee available at all times but I like the privacy and convenience of having it in the room
