I liked the building, the rooms, and the decorations looked fine. I enjoyed breakfast a lot, and was pleasantly surprised that it was already covered by booking the room. The receptionist Giovanni was a great help and I hope he gets good recognition for his work! He helped me a lot with my lost baggage problem. The whole staff was really helpful as well. Maybe a little mat in front of the shower entrance by default would be nice; I used a towel as a mat.
