“Not good at all”

Alot of sound comes from outside can't sleep properly. Toilet is next to the stairs & not private. Seems someone else as well used the toilet. If you will go out then someone else will use the toilet. Description says private toilet

“Very good value for money, convenient and kind and helpful host. A gem in Newcastle!”

My room sat on the ground floor and the en‑suite shower was a good size. I had a fully stocked kitchen to use daily, plus a small fridge in my room. A tiny corner shop was across the street and Morrisons was a short walk away. Drew was a solid host and the other residents, who had their own rooms, were polite and respectful. The property sits right at the bus stop, which was super convenient because my luggage was coming straight from the train station.

“Great place conveneint and quiet.”

I stayed a few nights and the place was in a convenient location; it was also nice to have a kitchen and fridge to cook in, plus an on‑site laundry machine. Andrew was friendly and could help with any issues.
