“Awful... wouldnt receommend to anyone.”

The location was ok and the food was acceptable. The rooms were awful. The ACs never worked. The rooms weren’t cleaned. Despite assurances by the General Manager, Mr. Suhail, we were charged an extra room night and he now refuses to even answer our calls. We also called and they assured us that we would get our refund back, but now even they say they can’t help. We are still waiting for our refund.

“I felt cheated in the name of Lemon tree hotels”

The location of the property is good – that’s the only good thing about it. The rates are overpriced. The hotel was empty and they did not give me a free upgrade. The rooms are ok, not value for money. The staff lacks hospitality. Most of the boys who are in the hotel are not trained, lack basic etiquette. The quality of food is poor. The waiter staff doesn’t know basics of serving and lacks promptness and eye for details. The restaurant is not cleaned. I had dinner in the hotel, though the timings of all‑day dining are from 11 to 11, but they refused to serve food after 10. The AC was not functioning in the room despite my request; they could not repair it. Overall a very poorly managed hotel. It’s a good property under poorly managing staff.
