Nothing at all was good. The establishment was extremely dirty, there were cockroaches in the kitchen, and there were unexplained stains on the bath towels.

I couldn’t stay; the reservation was cancelled on the day of my trip because they claimed there was an issue with my credit card on the website, even though the site said I wouldn’t be charged until check‑in. When my friend arrived, they told him to find another place because the hostel was already closed and there was no way to pay, so the booking was cancelled, leaving both of us scrambling for accommodation at the last minute and incurring a loss.

The room was super comfy and the staff were great. I didn't find anything that bothered me; the place was just good.

Ronaldo was super helpful and made everything smooth. Everything else was fine.

The host was polite, attentive and friendly. I don't have any complaints about that.
