“Disappointing. Would not stay again.”

The hotel’s location is good. I was disappointed with the service: many requests went unanswered—no help with a pool umbrella, no towels, and almost no pool staff to ask for drinks. I was told there was no pool service, then that changed when I asked. The restaurant tried to charge me for a salad I didn’t order, only fixing it after I complained. Service was lacking everywhere except breakfast, which was nice. Small 5‑star expectations were unmet: inconsistent bag assistance, uneven turn‑down service, and no mention of the noisy road outside the room, even though ear plugs were provided. I was looking forward to this stay but would not recommend it again.

The place sits in a great central spot, the public areas are sleek and stylish, the bedroom suite is beautifully laid out with plenty of A/C, and the pool is a chic addition; the staff are always friendly and helpful, and there’s nothing to complain about.

The hotel is very pretty, the staff are all kind and friendly, the architecture has high ceilings and tasteful interiors, there’s a pool and a cozy bar, and it’s close to the city center; the breakfasts were sparse, offering only scrambled eggs, with limited fruit, pastries, cheese, yogurt, and nuts at the buffet.
