“Fine, but almost "too quiet"!”

Polite and helpful staff everywhere, and the swimming pool was great with hardly anyone else around; the price was excellent. The place felt eerily empty now that the airport has moved east of Siem Reap, so these western road hotels are clearly suffering, but the room was spacious.

We had an incredible time at Empress Angkor Resort and Spa. From the moment we stepped in, the staff treated us like royalty, warm, welcoming, and super attentive. The breakfast spread was amazing, with a huge variety of dishes to choose from, and everything was just delicious. Our room was huge, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay, and the staff's English skills made communication a breeze.

“Hübsches Hotel am Rande der Stadt”

The hotel's colonial-style design is lovely, with a spacious room and balcony that's perfect for taking in the views. The pool and garden are also really nice, and the hotel's location near the temples is a big plus. However, the prices in the bar and restaurant are a bit steep, and you'll need to head elsewhere for groceries or other meals since there aren't any nearby.

“Great experience, beautiful style”

This hotel really delivers on its promise of a stylish and comfortable stay. The local architecture is stunning, and the rooms are spacious and well-appointed. The pool area is a real highlight, with a large pool and a bar where you can enjoy a drink in the evening. The breakfast is truly exceptional, with a huge variety of fresh and delicious options. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the hotel's location makes it easy to get around with a tuk-tuk always waiting outside.

“Unfortunately, a disappointment”

The hotel's interior design was seriously impressive, with some of the most stylish furniture I've seen in a long time. The staff, however, were the real stars of the show - friendly, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping. Unfortunately, the breakfast spread was a letdown, with a weirdly limited selection of Asian dishes that seemed more like lunch options than morning fare.
