The location was great and access in and out of the building was easy. In a tourist town, you’re bound to eat out, but there was no fridge to keep leftovers from the pricey meals. The water pressure was terrible, and the hot water didn’t last long.

Breakfast was excellent. I didn’t like the envelope on the table for leaving a tip for staff. I travel with my husband twice a year and with my two sisters at least four times a year, and I’ve never seen an envelope for a tip; I always leave one. This was the first time I didn’t tip, and afterward I felt bad for the staff because I assumed they hadn’t decided to put envelopes in the rooms.

Clean and central to everything in Nashville!. We liked everything!

The overall room setup was fabulous, but our towels were stained and didn’t feel clean, and the overall cleanliness of the floors and such left us with a bad impression.
