The hotel address was hard to find because the name on the booking differed from the venue name. The price included breakfast, yet there was no bottled water, no Wi‑Fi, no hot water or heater in the bathroom, and no cleanliness. No business card, no contact number was shown at booking—big problems. I stayed only 12 hours. The property is large and good, but the facilities need improvement. No invoice was provided.
