They advertised a private bathroom, but when I arrived there was none. The staff promised to refund the amount because I couldn’t stay, yet more than a month later I’m still waiting and they’ve stopped answering my messages. The whole experience feels like a bait‑and‑switch with terrible customer service.

The couple who run the place are incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home right away. I really liked the accommodation – clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. When I return to Guaratuba, I already know where I’ll be staying.
