The hotel itself is gorgeous, quiet, and soothing, making the overall stay comfortable and enjoyable, but I felt some extra fees were steep, especially the Oaxaca charge, the nearly $200 USD hold, and the 4,000 MXN early‑check‑in fee.

The room was silent and dark even though it’s so centrally located, and that was all.

The location is great and the concept and hotel are solid, yet there was a lot of noise, the rooms weren’t very comfortable, and at the restaurant the coffee machine didn’t work.
