“Great place to stay for things going on in and around Carbondale”
The hotel staff were great, check‑in was flawless, and the breakfast food was good with excellent coffee.

Breakfast was good but it should have included eggs and juice; there were also not enough luggage carts. Still, the staff were friendly, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable.

I upgraded the breakfast, but the keys kept malfunctioning.

Breakfast was great and it’s close to SIU, but the old air‑conditioner is noisy.

Customer service was excellent; breakfast choices could improve, though I did get breakfast at 9 am.
