“Personnel agréable et arrangeant”

I spent just one night in a private room at MT Friendhome&hostel; the staff were friendly and helpful. I could leave my luggage after check‑out while waiting for my bus later that afternoon. My flight was delayed by 2 hours, and the team was very understanding. In the end I flew out on a different flight, but I really appreciated the staff’s responsiveness and empathy. The hostel is about ten minutes from the old town, and there are plenty of places to eat nearby, with a 7‑Eleven close by. The room was small, but it had a fridge and a table, which was plenty for my single night.

I especially enjoyed the warm vibe from the very kind owners and their staff; it felt like visiting good friends. I’m glad I started my Thailand trip here. The dorms were comfortable, and the location was great. The only downside was the poor sound insulation in the dorms and the bathroom.

The owners were wonderful and the place itself is great.
