“Mercure was just perfect and people make Glasgow. Staff to be proud of”

The hotel is very central and convenient for our trip; the room was lovely and just perfect for our weekend away, complete with lots of little extras like snacks and drinks, and the staff were honestly the best—so friendly and welcoming, though there was a refurbishment going on, it didn’t affect our stay.

“Fairly good but the above should ve sorted gor future customers”

The breakfast was good and generous, and the staff were welcoming and polite, but the lift seemed like it could give up at any moment, there were no drop‑off facilities in front of the hotel causing inconvenience, parking was too expensive and should be free for overnight guests, and the noise from a neighbouring night club on both nights kept us from sleeping.

“Comfortable stay but found the bar very expensive”

There was a variety of hot food, cereals, juice, fruits, tea and coffee, pasties, etc.
