“Lovely accommodation but too much noise from clubs next door.”

The staff were very friendly. The room was very large, clean and comfortable. The noise from the next‑door club until 2 pm was not warned about; ear plugs were left in the room but I realized later in bed why they had been left. I couldn’t block out the bass noise and karaoke even with ear plugs.

“Seemed pricey and not geared to mature travelers, IMO.”

It’s within walking distance to Edinburgh attractions and sites, and the staff were friendly. The room was very small. The place is geared more toward young people and nightlife than mature travelers—there can be loud bar activity right next door, and we were warned about that.

The structure is very pretty and the staff are really kind and helpful. The room and bathroom are really large and comfortable. Honestly, if I ever return to Edinburgh I would choose this place again. At the level of cleanliness it wasn’t the best; in four days they never changed the sheets.
