The Steading at Barmore, an adults‑only guest house in Tarbert, occupies a historic building with a sun terrace, garden, and free Wi‑Fi. A very idyllic and comfortable holiday apartment in Kintyre. I would recommend it and would book again.

The cottage was a peaceful retreat with a comfy bed and a great spot—just a 5‑minute drive to Tarbert and a quick walk to Gigha. Kerry, the housekeeper, was bright, cheerful, and super helpful, and the dog‑friendly layout with easy field access made it perfect for our Golden retriever. Everything we needed was there, so I’d definitely come back. All good 😊👍
