“Làm việc cực kỳ thiếu chuyên nghiệp”
The hotel cancelled my room without even calling me. I only found out at check‑in that it was gone, even though I had sent a check‑in time notification and it was accepted on the app.

The room was clean and matched the price, but the soundproofing was terrible. Noise from the floor above and the neighboring rooms, especially when doors were opened and closed, was very annoying. The chair was also uncomfortable.
