We went there for a family onsen trip and it was absolutely magical from start to finish. If you want a tranquil, traditional hot spring escape deep in nature, this place is exceptional.

“Amazing service in a magical breathtaking location with a beautiful traditional room and meals.”

I was blown away by the beauty and magical nature of this place. My husband and I stayed in a large room (style B; room 305, traditional Japanese style) with a private onsen and I highly recommend it. I would love to return next November for the autumn season. I bet it is even more magical! The staff were amazing and the food was fantastic (all traditional Japanese style). Also, I was pleasantly surprised to find that there was no tobacco smoke smell anywhere on the premises

“几乎是完美的一天”

Breakfast and dinner were delicious, with each dish served individually and accompanied by a description. The setting was very tranquil; the room’s window looked out onto a stream, blending the stay with nature. While soaking in the hot spring, the beautiful surroundings brought a long‑missing sense of relaxation. The staff went the extra mile for my birthday, preparing tea, cake, and a small gift, making the service feel meticulous and thoughtful. The only suggestion is that they could offer more pillow options.

The onsen’s location was perfect, the staff were friendly and hospitable, and they communicated smoothly in English. We wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely recommend it; there was nothing we disliked.
