The hotel was stunning, but they wouldn’t accept my Chime card—disappointing because it should work like any other debit card.
Everything else was great, but I wasn’t happy with the pillows on the bed—they need to be replaced—and I didn’t like the breakfast options.
“Close to Muni Theater.”
The main and upper lobbies have plenty of public space, the workout room is excellent, and every area is very clean; the bed is comfortable. Valet and self‑serve parking cost $20/night and there are no other options.

The common areas are a lot of fun, especially if you’re traveling with family; there’s a play zone that’s great. It’s located in a nice conference and office area, close to the metro, but it’s not near the city center and the shuttle only takes you a short distance. At night, the metro felt a bit scary.
The camera is very spacious but sterile, and the valet service is good. The breakfast wasn’t a buffet and was very restrictive.
