A charming hotel with a polite and friendly team always happy to help and give advice, though the third floor has no elevator.

The location is extremely convenient; if you’re just staying to sleep it works fine, as the hotel is close to many key spots, but the room looked a bit old.

The location was fine and on the second night we were moved to a first‑floor Superior room after I complained the night before. We had booked a Superior room for the first night but were given a damp‑smelling, plain room that was far from a Superior; there was no breakfast included, you had to pay cash at check‑in, so we ended up going to the nearby Thanh Binh Central hotel, which cost the same but offered a pool and breakfast.
