“Small but chill place with an attentive, organised and friendly host”

For me this place made sense: take the bus (more than five routes within walking distance—why pay 30k for a white‑knuckle motorbike ride or 60k for a taxi when 7k for a bus takes the same time), plenty of shops nearby, a balcony with a washing machine and a bit of privacy. I sleep deeply and am fine, but there’s traffic from the port at night. And if you’re really, really fat you might not fit in the shower, but that’s not my issue.

The staff were accommodating and the bed was comfortable, but the room was quite noisy because of the nearby major traffic artery, even at night, and it was rather dirty with minimal equipment.

The host was sweet, but the TV remote ran out of battery.

“Xứng đáng với giá tiền.”

The homestay had everything you need for a long stay—air conditioning, a fridge, a washing machine, a motorcycle parking spot, and a removable rug in the closet. It’s right on Xô Viết Nghệ Tĩnh street, so getting around is easy. The host was very helpful. The bathroom is a bit small but usable. Because it’s on the street, it can be noisy with a lot of traffic. If you need quiet, choose an interior room instead of a street-facing one. Rooms often sell out, so contact the host ahead of time if you want a late checkout or early check‑in.
