The location is very good, close to all main attractions and the Duomo station, and it’s convenient for transport, just 15 minutes from Naples central station. The staff were very helpful; they called me the second day to see if everything was okay or if I needed anything, which was very nice. However, there was no hand soap and they used dish‑washing liquid instead. When I mentioned it, the staff brought more single‑use shower gel sachets, but that was not convenient. There were also few sockets, so I had to use the TV cable socket to charge my phone. The pillow was hard, making it difficult to sleep.

The spot was spot on, plenty of room, stunning balcony view, and everything stayed spotless!
