“Una de las peores experiencias de mi vida: todo mal con este sitio”

I hated everything: dirty, noisy, unsafe. One of the worst nights of my life. To keep it short, DO NOT stay here. The constant feeling of insecurity was the worst—room couldn’t be locked inside, no lock on the door, and people kept passing by, so I woke up many times worrying they’d break in. Second, the mess: I was given a room that was open and the pillows were dirty. I asked for a change and found a bed full of hair… I ended up sleeping on the duvet and covering myself with my clothes. Third, the noise. It’s near the highway and several bars‑restaurants, so the music and motorcycle and car noise made it impossible to sleep. The taxi driver later told me that it’s common for motorcycles to gather for illegal stunts in that area. Fourth, the hotel has no elevator, so I had to haul my luggage up to the second floor on the stairs. Fifth, they charged me for breakfast when I left before 5 am!!!

“Cómodo y económico”

The staff were friendly and the restaurant was nice, though there was a bit of outside noise.
