“Understaffed and undertrained the double charged me.”

The spot was great, but the breakfast was amazing.

Nothing you gius sold me a room that wasn't available, and being sold a room that wasn't available was the only thing that bothered me.

“Short”

The room was clean, but the door was stuck and very hard to open or close.

“Will be great when renovation finishes”

The room had just been renovated and was very quiet, but the breakfast area was being painted at the time, so the food had to be moved because of the odor.

“We were disappointed.”

Customer service was helpful, yet the hotel was undergoing renovations. On our floor, wallpaper had been ripped off and left on the floor at the end of the hall, and it was still there when we checked out even though we had told staff. Our TV kept freezing; we reported it to the front desk at about 9:30 A.M., and they said maintenance would come. We returned at 3 P.M. and no one had been to our room, not even housekeeping. We had to go back to the front desk, but the lady who had taken our request had already left, so the new guy didn't know what we were talking about. They couldn't fix the issue or move us to another room, and no discount was offered because we had booked. Several areas of concern.
