Everything seemed fine until they cancelled my booking right before I got there.

Everyone was super helpful, the food was tasty, and the place was really nice and quiet.

I had a confirmed reservation, but when I arrived they said there was none and claimed they'd sent me a message that never came. Now I'm stuck in a horrible hotel downtown and my trip is ruined.
