Retrospect Stay Yokohama Chinatown

It was close, cheap, and offered good value; the only downside was that the only access was stairs, so you had to haul your suitcase up about four times.

“また、利用したいです”

The location near Yokohama Chinatown was perfect, the interior was clean and very pleasant, and the price was low and satisfying; however, the wall was just a single veneer, so the neighbor’s voices leaked in a bit.

“便利”

Near Yokohama Stadium, a supermarket right in front, the room had towels, a toothbrush, a small fridge, and the shared lounge featured a water server and a pot, creating a nice vibe; the stairs were steep, the bedding got damp and the room smelled, and the thin walls let you hear the neighbor’s conversation, but we managed to be considerate of each other.

“快適にすごせなかった話。”

The neighbor’s conversation leaked too much, guests’ manners were awful, they tried to enter while someone was showering, the sink was dripping, the door’s opening and closing was noisy, checking in was a hassle, and if slippers were provided at the shower area it would have been clear that someone was showering.

If you’re looking to enjoy Chinatown, this place is more than enough; the only drawback is the lack of an elevator.
