Located one mile from Stratford rail and tube stations, Viking Hotel offers swift London and airport connections, free parking, and 24‑hour reception. Modern rooms include satellite TV, Wi‑Fi, tea/coffee facilities, en‑suite bathrooms with hairdryers, and optional cots. Guests enjoy a self‑service continental breakfast, nearby shops, restaurants, a theatre, Westfield Centre, and easy access to Canary Wharf, the Business District, and Central London.

Everything was great, but the location was a downside.

The room was very comfortable; aside from some wear on the carpet near the fridge, everything was in good shape. The location was convenient—10 minutes by taxi to Excel—and the value for money was solid, even though the hotel lacked facilities like a dining room. Plenty of eateries were within a short walk, but there was no breakfast option at the hotel.

The hotel had its own car park and everyone was very friendly, yet the rooms needed updating and there was a strong drug‑smell near our room; we had to keep the windows shut, but the odor persisted.

The location was easy to reach by bus or walk to Stratford Mall, but I booked a double room and was handed a cheap‑hostel‑style room with three beds, which was far from what I expected. The walls offered almost no soundproofing, so I could hear other rooms clearly, making the experience terrible and completely disappointing; I stayed on 18 September 2026 and would not recommend it.

Hotel is good. Big rooms. Staff friendly. Specialy mr. Raza cooperative and friendly. Room cleaning service need to be good. Otherwise ok
