The pool and common areas were enjoyable, but the AC made a terrible noise, like a construction site, and the staff were constantly moving carts and talking loudly, as if it were 3 pm at a baseball game.

The hotel is very well located, everything is very organized, the cleaning is optimal, and the staff are very pleasant. The bathtub should have a floor mat; what it has is not enough because it slips.
