The listing didn’t mention that the accommodation includes access to another dwelling, and there was no internet or Wi‑Fi, so I couldn’t ask for help from there.

The shower drain was clogged with hair and didn’t drain at all; I had to clean it by hand. The house was full of personal items and clutter, as if someone had lived there and hadn’t removed everything before our arrival.

We have never stayed at another place so well equipped in kitchen and bathroom; Penélope even added a special touch to our stay. Fantastic.

The place is full of charm, quiet and peaceful, and even had a full moon of flowers. The little house has magical corners, everything is detailed and nothing is missing.

Casa Meraki was a lovely surprise, hidden in a tiny village just 40 minutes from the busy coast. The bed was so comfortable and the duvet was great for the cool night. The kitchen was well equipped, and Penny had thoughtfully left coffee, tea, milk and water. The shower room looked recently refurbished and had everything you needed.
