The house is great, made up of two separate apartments, only the upper one having a kitchen. It’s positioned with a beautiful view of the mountains and the ocean, and it’s quiet and peaceful. The house is well‑maintained, clean, and functional. The host Ana was very nice, gave us fruit and a bottle of wine, which was a nice touch. Getting to the house is hard, it’s on a steep hill and its location is mis‑labelled on Google Maps – we found it by spotting the pictures on the booking portal. Evenings on the terrace in silence and away from other houses were truly enjoyable. A sign at the turn to the house would help; it lies at the bottom of a steep road and isn’t visible.

The location was gorgeous, spacious, and the outdoor area beautiful. The host was friendly and caring, and fresh fruit was provided upon arrival. The only improvement would be a fridge and air conditioning in the ground floor, though a fan was available.

La Casita de Ana is in an excellent elevated position looking out to the sea in the distance. It is modern and comfortable with excellent bathrooms and comfy beds. The host, Ana, made us really welcome with a selection of fruits and avocados and a bottle of wine awaiting us

“Schönes zweigeteiltes Haus, eher für den Sommer”

The host was very friendly and helpful, the kitchen was well equipped, the location offered sea views, and the large terrace was lovely. An orange tree provided fresh oranges daily. Puntagorda is an ideal base for hikes. The house consists of two separate units, which wasn’t mentioned in the description; we accessed only the upper unit with the kitchen. Although there was a fireplace, we, former scouts, couldn’t light a fire and had to rely on the air conditioner for heat, which was a pity.

The accommodation was very well equipped and exceptionally clean.
