Hotel Sogo Davao

I had a rather disappointing stay at this hotel. The only redeeming quality was its proximity to the airport, as well as a few restaurants and markets. However, the rooms were extremely small, with tiny windows that didn't even open, overlooking a narrow airshaft. To make matters worse, the hotel corridors were cramped, and overall, my experience was quite poor.

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the bathroom, but unfortunately, the air conditioning unit was extremely loud and needed to be replaced. It was a shame, because the rest of the room was quite nice.

“Great value for money”

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience overall. The location was spot on, making it easy to get around, and I felt it was a great deal for the price I paid. The room service was impressively quick, and the staff were truly top-notch, going above and beyond to help with my needs.

“Enjoy & comfortable”

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the one hand, I appreciated the hotel's convenient location and comfortable room. However, I was a bit disappointed that breakfast wasn't offered, which was a bit of an inconvenience for me. Overall, the hotel's pros and cons balanced out, leaving me with a fairly average impression.

“Its not SOGO.. It is So Bad SOBA”

My first visit to Davao was marred by a series of disappointing experiences at this hotel. Upon arrival at midnight, I was immediately struck by the woefully inadequate Wi-Fi, which made it difficult to make calls and bookings even in the lobby. Despite being transferred to a new room, the situation didn't improve, and I found myself spending most of my stay in the lobby due to the poor signal.
