The owners were very friendly and helpful, and public transport made it easy to get there. The building itself is pretty, but the bathroom needs some upkeep.

Being close to the Regina Margherita hospital is great, and the price is excellent.

The spot near the Lingotto congress center is a plus, but the place looks run-down, dirty, and abandoned; over 200€ for two nights in a room that feels like this, I wouldn't stay even if I were paid double. I hope those 200€ can at least buy some plaster and paint for the walls, white sheets and pillowcases, and something less dreadful for breakfast.
